About the Role

As their exclusive recruitment partner, we are currently searching for highly qualified candidates for the position of: Solutions Principal.
The Solutions Principal will lead AWS migration engagements from end to end, taking responsibility for the technical architecture, customer relationship, and successful execution by the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing technical solutions for prospective engagements, including target architectures, infrastructure sizing, cost models, and supporting diagrams.
- Joining prospect discussions at an early stage and leading the technical side of the conversation, while the commercial aspects are managed separately.
- Guiding the Prishtina-based delivery team toward completed, approved, and successfully delivered outcomes.
- Taking ownership of engagements and ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical solutions, and project execution.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in both technical solution design and delivery leadership. Candidates with strong expertise in either area are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- An AWS Professional-level certification, either AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional. This is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong, hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
- Previous experience with AWS migrations is considered an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, particularly during technical discussions with US-based customers.
- The technical judgment, confidence, and leadership skills required to independently manage customer engagements.
