Supervisor / Manager – Financial Reporting

We have been entrusted by our partner to manage the selection process and refer the most qualified candidates for this position: Supervisor / Manager – Financial Reporting

• Performs control of the daily financial reports for the management of the Bank.
• Prepares or controls and submits daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Central Bank of Kosovo (CBK), in formats designed by the CBK and in accordance with CBK regulations and instructions.
• Prepares or controls financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal reporting requirements.
• Prepares or controls and submits various financial reports to international financial institutions and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assists in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of monthly operating results.
• Performs Level 1 controls of standard accounting activities under the responsibility of the Accounting and Reporting Department and records the results in the respective internal systems.
• Ensures compliance with banking regulations, accounting standards, CBK regulations, internal procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Conducts reviews and automates existing reports in collaboration with other team members and the MIS team.
• Defines new reporting packages in collaboration with other team members and the MIS team, in accordance with business needs.
• Validates reports prepared by lower-level roles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and overall compliance with requirements.
• Generates ad hoc reports and analyses as required by management for decision-making purposes.
• Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Provides guidance and training to team members to enhance their understanding of financial reporting requirements.
• Analyses financial data to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Performs other duties as required.

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., SCAAK or ACCA) is highly valued.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in accounting and/or financial reporting, preferably in banking, audit, or corporate finance.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively as part of a team.
