The company is building a strong core team of professionals who can take ownership, lead their respective areas, and ensure that each product launch is executed with quality, consistency, and commercial focus.
We are the exclusive recruitment partner for this hiring process and have been entrusted with the responsibility of selecting and recruiting the most qualified candidates for this position: Operations Manager (Ops Lead / Store & E-Com Ops)
Reports to: Project Manager/CEO
Leads / Steers: Warehouse, shipping, store & operations partners
Make sure every drop runs on time — production, suppliers, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and quality — by owning operations end-to-end and leading the people who execute it.

- Production & suppliers: Quantities, delivery dates, chase, and quality control per drop
- Warehouse & fulfillment: Stock, packing, shipping SLAs, returns handling
- On-time delivery: Own drop go-live readiness and order delivery reliability
- Processes & partners: Run clear operations processes with stores, 3PLs, and suppliers
- Team leadership: Lead / brief warehouse, shipping, and store operations people — not do every task alone
- Escalation: Flag bottlenecks early to the Project Manager; keep drops and orders moving

- Supply & logistics feel: Understands production chase, warehouse, shipping, and returns

- Communication: Clear updates to the Project Manager; escalates early
- Languages: English and Albanian
Experience as a store lead, in warehouse/shipping, e-commerce operations, import/export, or similar hands-on operations leadership.
